Yes there are women who shone bright in history however the number is limited. In the past, many women have struggled to find acceptance in the workplace. Today each girl aspires to reach the heights which every man wants to achieve.\u00a0<br \/><br \/>A CEO and a homemaker, yes women can perform both the roles. Women tend to excel in areas such as collaboration, empathy, and relationship-building, which are all important aspects of leadership. While we see women achieving these varied goals, one cannot assume that the era has changed. Not all women can take decisions without consent.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading -->\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Workplace<\/h2>\r\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Women possess the qualities and showcase their strengths even by taking positions on the board of a company. However, masculine leadership styles can lead women to feel like they need to act more like men in order to be successful as leaders. Several nations today have senior women leaders leading their country. We cannot say that well being of women is catered everywhere, but women themselves show what they can do to achieve their dreams.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Equality in gender and priorities being set helps a company grow and this does not mean women want to be stronger than men, they just want to be equally treated.
